We have been awarded an Environmental, Analytical, Research, Technical, and Hybrid (EARTH) Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Air and Radiation (OAR). This BPA can be used by OAR programs to procure environmental consulting services from KEEE.

We partner with RTI International on an Economic Analysis contract with the EPA's OAR and a Technical Support contract with EPA's Office of Water.
1. Economic Analyses and Control Strategy Development for Air Pollution Control Regulations (EPA OAR, March 2026)
This contract can be used by OAR Divisions to assign work to KEEE through RTI International (https://www.rti.org/impact/economic-analyses-environmental-regulations).
2. Technical Support for Assessment of Watershed Protection 3 (TSAWP3, EPA Office of Water, September 2027).
Strategic Support Services Agreement
We have been awarded a Strategic Support Services Agreement with the University of Virginia (UVA). This pricing agreement can be used by Virginia higher education institutions including Virginia Association of State College and University Purchasing Professionals (VASCUPP) members and other public entities to procure strategic support services in Environmental/Sustainability and Policy Development areas from KEEE.
